Totally let down
No delivery on designated day before Christmas. No customer service help. Finally gave up in new year and ordered another tree from elsewhere as so embarrassed not to have sent a gift, then tree was delivered 2 weeks late in a bad state due to lack of care in depot. Delivery charge refunded. Too embarrassed to ask elderly gift recipient to organise return, so no refund. Embarrassed, stressed, out of pocket and let down.
Completely let down and no contact
Ordered tree with a lot of notice for delivery on 16 December. Received call from courier company to say tree can’t be delivered. No reply on phone from tree 2 my door. No contact from them whatsoever. Will be mission trying to get refund by the looks of it. How disappointing. Can’t recommend on the strength of this experience

Fabulous!
I am absolutely delighted with the "fab at 80" rose that I purchased for my mum's birthday. Delivery was super, super quick and efficient with full communication. The rose bush itself is very healthy with beautiful flowers still in bloom! Overall this was excellent service from start to finish and I couldn't be happier.

Impeccable customer service but more expensive than Harkness…
Im editing my review as Trees2mydoor have handled my complaint impeccably and as a gesture of goodwill have price matched. For this reason I will shop again with them.
Massively more expensive than Harkness roses. My husband bought me the identical rose (same packaging, label, presentation, size) for £19.99. I bought the identical rose from Tree2your door for £35 (we both didnt know when we ordered!)
Trees2you said its because they offer a years guarantee. Harkness offer a lifetime guarantee!
Ripped off! Buyer Beware!

80th birthday rise tree
Have used this company before & always been impressed. However on this occasion a few issues arose. I had paid extra for a specified delivery date & unfortunately a delay meant my tree was not delivered until the following day. Also really disappointed that the rise tree had been pruned back so much that there weren't even any buds, let alone flowers, on the tree.

Delivery time was good but I do think the item was expensive for what I received. It’s a silver birch sapling for a 25th wedding anniversary present and I am concerned that it doesn’t look particularly healthy. In hindsight I could probably have bought a similar specimen from a local plant nursery, some nice wrapping paper and definitely a better quality card for a lot less money.
Poor plant health
I have received plant gifts from this company before and have had excellent service and a very good plant.
This time, the gift to my wife and I, a Citrus (sweet orange) arrived quickly, a very good small tree BUT on examination found about 40 burrowing small grubs were burrowing inside the leaves. I have so far taken off 35+ leaves, shoots and stems containing burrowing white caterpillars. After a few days more appear. I think it is 'The citrus leaf miner' I notified the company immediately and even sent colour photographs (twice) but after 8 days have so far had no response from the company.

I ordered a lemon tree and was very pleased with the whole process.
The tree arrived well packaged and I was kept up to date with the delivery, lovely tree and even had 3 lemons on it to ripen up.
It was given as a 50th birthday gift and was very well received- so much so it’s now called Larry the lemon tree ?

Excellent customer care.
Very pleased with the customer service from Tree2mydoor. Wanted a specific tree for a very special purpose. I emailed to ask about this and got lovely personal and considered response to my request. Most impressed with this company and its customer care. Thanks to all involved.

Still waiting for delivery after paying for express delivery
Still waiting for delivery one week after paying for express next day delivery. No reply to 3 emails requesting resolution and response, unable to contact via landline contact as they do not reply answer and cannot leave message as their phone mailbox is full.

I placed an order for a lemon tree to arrive on a 60th birthday. Naturally the money was taken no problem… but everything else was a problem.
Delivery service didn’t try to deliver. Never heard from Tree2MYDoor about failure to deliver service. Took over 5 emails to them and three weeks to get a response from someone and finally secure a refund.
Shame service couldn’t be delivered. Bad the company don’t monitor this, get in touch, react or refund as soon as they are unable to deliver. Hard work for zero gain.
Wedding day Rose ?
I was a little apprehensive about ordering a rose on the internet 5 days before the wedding. However, it was perfect! It came in a protective box, lovely wrapping and with several buds. I kept it outside in the shade, I never even watered it (but removed it from the box). The buds had started to open. I gave it to the bride the night before the wedding and it looked lovely. Really happy and would recommend. The rose was called “Wedding Day”

Tree. Box. Delivery. Condition. Perfect.
My colleague received a tree in a box via Tree2mydoor and was absolutely beside herself, and really, the last thing we needed was two of her. Anyway, it arrived, on time, perfect condition for a tree in a box and is now firmly rooted in her garden where they can grow up and grow old together. And the box was recycled.

Great purchase!
Aside from the protective tube being stapled to the box and the supporting stake being mouldy, I was very impressed with the presentation and items in the memorial tree set. The plaque holder looks durable and the hessian bag covering the root ball was a nice touch. The information supplied was nice but could have been more detailed.

Memorial Rose
Ordered a Memorial Rose on the Friday, admittedly just after 11am, thought it would come Saturday or Monday. Apparently the next day delivery didnt start until Monday so It didnt come until Tuesday which was after the Funeral we wanted it for. As a gesture they refunded part of the postage £3. Tbf the Rose was nice and well packaged when it did arrive but found the ordering process disappointing
